Global vehicle theft could be on the rise
Global levels of vehicle theft have been steadily reducing over the past decade, with increases in vehicle security feature fitment such as immobilisers and doublelocking. However, crime levels typically rise following times of financial hardship and many regions are now beginning to report reversals in the vehicle theft trend.
