Case study - SBD worked with a European telematics service provider to manage the deployment of an advanced traffic and travel service.  Building on SBD’s previous experience of developing and tuning RDS TMC services to the specific needs and requirements of navigation systems, SBD provided specialist technical direction to the development of the next generation service.  SBD’s project management role was extended to include the marketing strategy of the new service to vehicle manufacturers and their navigation suppliers.

Outcome - the client has now launched its next generation traffic service and it is successfully winning new customers by demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the technical and business requirements of the automotive industry.
